As the preferred wedding videographer of Kingfisher Bay Resort you can be rest assured we are experienced and know the venue inside out.
This is to your advantage as we won't lose precious time on your day looking for locations, plus we know all the great spots!
We also have a very professional and friendly relationship with the other preferred suppliers and the wonderful Kingfisher events staff who we cannot speak highly enough of.
An exclusive wedding videography package for you
We are pleased to offer and 'All Inclusive Wedding Videography Package' meaning you will not be charged any extra fees for travel and accommodation.
Being Brisbane based, we will arrive at the resort the day before your wedding and leave the day after you have said your "I Do's". allowing us to be fully energised and refreshed to film your special day.
Best of all, once you have confirmed your booking with us we will look after the logistics of getting us and our equipment to and from the island; You won't have to do a thing!
The Fraser Island Wedding Videography Package includes a 3 person crew filming for up to 12 hours, certified drone coverage, broadcast quality video and sound equipment, 70 hours of Post Production (editing), music licencing, $20 million public liability insurance, barge transfers and two nights accomodation.
What are the differences between the videos?
SNEAK PEEK
A 60 second 'coming soon' video that will be posted on Brisbane Wedding Videography's social media platforms.
CINEMATIC HIGHLIGHTS VIDEO
This 4 - 5 minute video is a highly produced film clip featuring the best moments from the day.
It is specifically designed and fully licenced to be shared online for your family and friends.
SHORT FILM
A 10 - 15 minute short film of your day including quotes from the ceremony and key moments in speeches beautifully weaved with stunning footage from the day and set to music of your choosing.
FEATURE FILM
This movie length feature (up to 90 minutes) will open with stunning aerial and ground footage from your wedding location followed by full prep scenes, entire ceremony, location shoot, reception entry, speeches, cake cutting, first dance and general celebrations.

The sky is the limit when it comes to creativity on K'gari Fraser Island
We're not limited to the confines of Kingfisher Bay Resort; If you're into Four Wheel Driving or want to get some footage of you and your fiance' at Lake McKenzie as part of your Fraser Island Wedding, we're totally up for it!
It wouldn't be the first time we've filmed parts of a wedding video at different locations on the Island.
You have us for 12 hours so we can always split this time across the three days we will be at the resort.

How will I receive my videos?
Once Post Production (editing) is complete you will receive an email containing a link where you can download each video and distribute to USB's and Hard Drives as needed.
We can also arrange BluRay discs and USB's upon request.

Can I choose my own music?
We will endeavour to accommodate personal song preferences for your video.
Brisbane Wedding Videography is licensed through the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) and the Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society (AMCOS) to use commercial music on private wedding videos including ’Feature Films’ and ’Short Films’.
These videos are for private viewing only and are not permitted to be published online.
‘Cinematic Highlights Videos’ however may be published online due to Brisbane Wedding Videography obtaining streaming music rights to a song / music track through varied production companies based on your music choice.
How do I make a booking?
Once you contact us we will email you a filming contract.
Upon signing this document we require a 30% deposit.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding day.
Payment plans are also available.
